The place is for one person not for a couple or regular stopovers also any visitors to let other housemates know if its ok (back to respecting your housemates)Located just 5 mins walk from BOND UNIVERSITYlocated 15mins BUS to Robina Town Centre (Bus stop meters away from our residence)BUS also to Surfers paradise. BUS 750 if you want to look at the bus route.etc. for both directions. One Bathroom shower over bath. But TWO Toilets one upstairs and one downstairs.FURNISHED HOUSE – just bring clothes any other household goods and you will need bed covers pillows etc.In the room available THERE IS A BED and desk and can use a chair from our dining area if you need one.There is a choice of rooms Either the Standard room for $103 or the double largest room with balcony for $114. However the Larger room is not available till Jan 16th 2012. Dan is happy to change rooms if you wanted the larger room after he returns from his vacation.Unlimited Broadband ADSL 2+ Wireless internet optional at $20 per month. Download speeds really good.Utility electricity cost expected at a max of about $25 per week but we get billed every three months so when we get this bill we will then expect payment.If you are wanting a place EARLIER THAN 19th DEC we can accomodate you please contact us to discuss.Dan and Steve are currently living here Dan is a student and Steve is working part time. Our lease is up in April/May 2012. Unknow at this stage if continuing the lease for a further 6 months. Ideally looking for someone for at least 3 months. Rent of a minimum of 1week advanced and also a Bond of $426.Ceiling Fans in every bedroom and living dining rooms.Two fridges a washing machine and dryer (try not to use much as electricity bill) Electric stove and electric oven. Microwave. Coffee Maker and Kettle. toaster. etc.Steve has a vehicle and likes to go to the beaches regularly so this could be advantageous if you do not have a vehicle.As the place is on a complex with other three bedroom two storey houses with onsite manager its a quiet area to live and any parties and noise that happens on a friday stops after 11pm and is managed. Pool and spa is maintanied so we dont have to worry about that and at this time of year the pool is nice and warm.there is a car park space on the complex for residence only. any visitors must park on roadside otherwise will be towed away. more pictures available upon request.
