Hi. I am an easy going Australian guy. The house has been home to many people over the time and is renowned for being a relaxed happy place. I am still cautious of whom I let in and I will be keen to get to know you prior to establish some degree of trust.I am a fairly clean person however im not nit picky. The house is clean enough to be happy and messy enough to be a home ;)We can simply have a conversation about what is needed for both parties to feel comfortable.I have three mature friendly placid cats that spend most of their time in their own area out of the way. You have nothing to worry about with them; they are very loved by many people!I have been in a happy and secure relationship for quite some time and my girlfriend currently lives with me. I will note that I am very accepting of different sexualities. I have previously worked with many cultures and religions for a living.I am currently looking for a flatmate. I am happy with a couple as long as you feel comfortable here.I do have a painted garage that has been previously lived in which can be easily made into a large bed/room if needed. If you have lots of furniture youre welcome to discuss this option with us.I am hoping to get a couple of mature younger people in preferably female but I really am not that fussed.I only have a few simple rules:1. Respect the house and its contents2. Communicate3. Look after your own thingsRent may reduce if I get two people in. I am happy to negotiate the Bond money for a clearly justifiable reason.If any of this sounds ok to you dont hesitate to contact me.————Details on the house:-The house is on an enclosed block with a small backyard.-I live with my girlfriend and one other female.-We are not loud we have many friends and accept people into our group of friends easily. Organised closed parties occasionally.-The house is situated right near a bus stop to everywhere on the GC. 10mins drive to Surfers-I have internet and if needed can share.-I have three very well trained mature placid cats. They are only allowed in certain areas and have a small portion of the house to their own. They are very clean and tidy.-There is a double lock up garage however I have a car and bike. There is ample off street parking. Being in a small circle the house is reletively safe.-Fully furnished-Inbuilt cupboards airconditioned ceiling fans etc.-5 minutes drive (basically a single road) from Bond Uni alternatively an easy path to Griffith via the Robina Parkway (15 minutes drive)
