CLOSE TO EVERYTHING BUT VERY PRIVATE! Share spacious house near Robina/BurleighHi girls/guys! I am going overseas and wont live in my house for about 1 year. For this time (or longer) my son Peter is looking for one or two nice housemates (19-30yo) to share the house with. (no smoker or outside smoker)The house: two storeys 4 bed rooms 2 bath rooms two big living areas a big balcony and a veranda lovely pool and nice outlook. I would like to let two rooms ($150/$140) which are in the upper part of the house with kitchen living and dining room. Those rooms would share a big bathroom. If you could afford to pay a little more I would consider renting out only one bedroom and you would have the bathroom and nearly half the house for yourself. Everything is fully furnished and functional but you could have your room unfurnished if you choose to. (Update: 1 room is rented to a 28 year old female student. The other room is still available.)There is room for parking. We are close to everything by car just minutes away from Robina Elanora and Burleigh. It only takes 15 minutes to Broadbeach or Coolangatta. There is a bus 200 meters from the house and the new Varsity Rail station is in walking distance. Peter has his room bathroom and living area downstairs. He would only share the kitchen with you and you the downstairs laundry with him. Peter is 23 years old finished a biomed degree works now full-time and will go back to uni to study medicine next year. He is a friendly mature and considerate guy very sporty interested in life and people and very easy to get along with. He occasionally has his friends over but he parties out which ensures a peaceful home life for himself and for you. He is a tidy person and is used to living with females (he has a sister who doesnt live at home any more) and therefore prefers to flat with girls or possibly a mature-thinking guy.
