Hi I am Peter (23 years old working at the moment but back to uni next year). I will be house-sitting for my mother for 6 to 12 months or longer and Im looking for another housemate preferably female (20 to 30) to share the house with. The house has two storeys a big balcony and a pool and has a very nice view. The main upper part of the house with living and dining room two big bedrooms a big bathroom and the balcony would be yours to share with another housemate. I only would share the kitchen (and I keep it clean : ) We have a nice pool area and there is plenty of room in the house and in the garden to chill out. (I will mow the lawns so dont worry!)There is room for parking but if you dont have a car there is also a bus stop 200 meters away. The new Varsity Rail station is in walking distance. Robina Elanora and Burleigh Beach are all only 5 min drive away.About myself: I am friendly happy and relaxed and love good company. I am having a break from uni after my Biomed Sci degree and working full-time but will go back to study medicine next year. I love to surf and spearfish and generally hang out at the beach Im a budding martial artist (aikido/karate) I like reading and watching movies etc. I am very open and easy to get along with and I hope you are too (makes sharing a house easier!).
