Im living in a two bedroom one bathroom fully furnished unit and would love a flatmate to share with. The room has a super comfy queen sized bed drawers and built in wardrobes. Ive only just put down new carpet (it even smells new) and it was painted last year.There is one shared bathroom and a separate toilet. The place has air con and all the mod cons 42 plasma surround sound a computer you could use and a nice couch to chill on.Im an easy going 30yo female working full time. Id ideally like somebody in a similar situation. The complex has a pool security gates and the unit is at the back of the complex so nice and quiet. The garden is very tranquil and its lovely to relax out there. Walk to train station bus stop at the front gate. 10 minutes to Burleigh 15 minutes to Broadbeach. Close to the motorway without having to hear it from the house!
