With a bus stop 1 minute away and about a 2 minute car ride to Griffith Uni this would be perfect for a Griffith Uni student or medical professional once the hospital is open. The Arundel Shopping Centre is about a 5 minute drive away with a corner store 3 blocks away. The house is on a 900 + block with a large back yard living and lounge area security screens throughout and a guard dog (ok – so he is really a beagle!) so a pet lover would be a must. I work full time during the day and spend most nights entertaining my daughter so we are looking for a fairly quiet flat mate. I enjoy all sports and am active in Surf Lifesaving on the weekends.
