I have a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house in Parkwood opposite the Golf Course in a small and quiet cul de sac. With a bus stop 1 minute away a about a 2 minute car ride to Griffith Uni this would be perfect for a Griffith Uni student. The Arundel Shopping Centre is about a 5 minute drive away with a corner store 3 blocks away. The house is on a 900 + block with a large back yard living and lounge area undercover parking security screens through out and a guard dog (ok – so he is really a beagle!) so a pet lover would be a must. All rooms are carpeted with the main kitchen and dining/living in slate. The room has a queen bed and large built in wardrobes with an ensuite with shower. The room is very spacious and can easily fit an additional desk and/or lounge chair. It is insulated with a ceiling fan and the main house has fully ducted airconditioning for the summer months. Electricity and water is included. I work full time during the day and spend most nights entertaining my daughter so we are looking for a fairly quie flat mate. I enjoy all sports and am active in Surf Lifesaving on the weekends. I am specifically looking for a female flat mate but will consider a quiet couple for an addiitonal $30.00 per week.
