Hi we are in urgent need of a housemate!! Someone who works or studys and is fully reliable with rent. Couples considered. We are all in our early 20s really cruisey people. We enjoy a drink on the weekends during the week we work full time so we dont really get up to much just like to kick up and relax. The House has 2 separate living areas large kitchen with all electrical compliances. We have a huge backyard with outdoor patio table and chairs along with a BBQ. Washing machine and dryer provided. You will have your own room which can either be furnished or not? Also with or with out Austar. You will share your bathroom with another person. We are clean and like things to be kept tidy We also have 2 dogs staffys very friendly. We are only 5mins walk away from Griffith Uni Parkwood Tavern corner shop and 1 min from bus stops which run every half hour. Your weekly rent includes austar elec water. We have to pay for all water we use at this property not just 20% reason why we charge for water.
