Myself and my friend are looking for 2 people to join us in an awesome 4 bedroom place in Parkwood. We are 2 medical students that will be working at the nearby hospital and enjoy a good work/life balance and are looking for some good people to join us! Professionals or students are welcome to get in touch. We would prefer females for a gender balance but are open to all good options.We dont live in the property yet but are looking to move in as a group of 3 or 4. You will not be required to sign the lease.The bedrooms are very large (easily fit a king bed and desk) and unfurnished. The kitchen and living areas are extremely spacious and there is a swimming pool out the back. We will be getting unlimited internet. Water is included but electricity will be extra.
