Hey there we are a fun and relaxed house mates that both go to Griffith University We are looking for someone to take the third bedroom. It is a nice room that will comfortably fit a king or queen bed and has lots of sunlight. There are optional fitted curtains and a shared bathroom. The house is fairly modern and spacious. Occupation age and sexuality arent an issue. We are simply looking for someone who is kind honest and reliable with payments and house work. Non smoker or pets please. The room which includes utilities is 105 a week which additionally includes water and internet payments (Wireless Cable).
