House offers unlimited internet and foxtel and all bills are included in weekly rent. House also offers 2 bathrooms, off street parking, outdoor entertaning area, well presented interior. Close to transport for access to local shops, Griffith University and Hospital.

Would suit working professional or university student.

Cost is $200 per week fully inclusive of bills.

a 2 week bond is payable as well as 2 weeks rent upfront.
