Looking for 2 easy going house mates between the ages of 18-30 to share a large 4 bedroom house in Parkwood with two 21 yr old males and a 19 year old male. We are very relaxed sociable and and work full time. There is 2 rooms available but we are open to having a couple live here also. We have a jet ski and like to take it out quite a bit enjoy a bbq and chill out on the beach. I have a pool table and a 50 plasma for your entertainment. The house is fully furnished but we can accommodate any furniture you have and either add it to the house or keep it stored in garage. There is a garage space available if you need it but we generally keep all cars on driveway and lawn.We just re-signed the lease for 6 months. We have two staffy pups. One is 8 months old and one is 4 months old. We live in a very quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac. We have great neighbours and neighbourhood. It is a pretty affluent area. And an 8 minute walk down the road will give you access to Coles Supermarket chemist doctor vet jeweller newsagent fruit shop 2 bottle shops cafe 24 hr 7-11 service station tavern pizza shop travel agent discount shop hairdresser fish and chip shop video shop 4 atms and a westpac bank a homewares shop bakery and bus stop.Rent will be $160 if 1 person moves in $130 if two move in. $210 for a couple. That includes home phone for local and STD calls any mobile calls you make you will have to pay for. High speed internet with a 25gb download so we ask that you do not download movies electricity and water as we have to pay for the over and above usage. The house is fully equipped pretty much the only thing the kitchen is lacking is a coffee machine and a waitress.There is a large backyard which i mow. We would like a housemate that we can have as a friend. we all have a very large great group of friends and would like our housemate to be a part of that. we occasionally have parties and any guests of yours are welcome any time of day and night as we like the house to be equalBOND is $500 and you must prove to have a steady income and prefer someone with a day job(doesnt have to be though). we dont mind you having friends around anyday throughout the week.
