Hi Ive just moved into a great waterfront house in Paradise Point with a jetty in-ground pool and undercover entertaining area. I have 1 single room remaining available for rent short/long term. House is very spacious loads of storage area main lounge and additional separate living area. All rooms with built ins and Venetian blinds. Paradise Pt Village with restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. Harbourtown and Helensvale train station is a 10-15 min drive. I am an easy going kiwi girl have lived in Sydney and London new to the Gold Coast. I work f/time in Brisbane city. I love playing sports and keeping active. I am sociable enjoy the odd BBQ get together with friends but also enjoy my quiet time just chilling and respect others privacy and space. Looking for like-minded flatmates who pays rent on time and can clean up after themselves.
