I am looking for some one who is easygoing and reliable with rent and bills. Preferably working or studying fulltime.I am not into any dramas and enjoy a drink now and then love a bbq and chilling out with friends. I am fit and healthy so a smoker/party animal wouldnt workout. I have a beautiful dog who has a lovely nature so I would love someone who like animals. The house is a three bedroom large house with an entertaining bbq area near the pool and verandahs around the entire house. It is quiet and peaceful if you are looking for somewhere not too noisy at night. It is 5mins to the beach and 2mins to tullabudgerba creek so it is the nice end of palmy in fact living here doesnt feel like palmy at all. Its very private woodern blinds modern furniture all you need is a bed. House has two toilets and Wireless internet is available too. More than anything I am just looking for someone who is down to earth honest and chilled out. Preferably between the ages of 25-40 however I am open minded if the right person comes along age is no issue.
