We are two tidy hard-working females who are looking for a third roommate. Our duplex has 3 bedrooms one with ensuite and the other 2 single rooms with wardrobes are downstairs with large shared bathroom. Kitchen and living is upstairs with large balcony off the front of the duplex. Extra living room and laundry downstairs with outdoor patio off the back. The duplex is completely furnished except for the available room and has plenty of storage space. The room is available from April and we are looking for $160 a week.
