Theres loads of storage space in the garage and the living area is well spread out and attaches to the balcony that over looks the beach. Imagine waking up to the ocean at your window every morning . . . The bathroom is big and the bedroom has built in mirrored robes and drawers. The room/apartment is $200 per week plus bond and utilities and there is a parking space included. It would suit a surfer or anyone who loves the beach.About me: I work in the health and welfare industry doing the 9-5 gig at the moment at the south end of the coast. I am looking to share with one other a female is preferred but will consider a male if we are suited and must be a non-smoker. Im quite healthy and like going for morning runs on the beach or to the gym before work. I work over the border so I leave the house extra early in the mornings now that daylight savings has started. I am a person who is considerate and friendly and will try and make you feel welcome. I am quite social however I also enjoy the odd Sunday watching movies all day on the couch if Ive had a night out. I dont have a lot of my own house things but I am very respectful of other peoples belongings and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. The apartment was mostly furnished when I moved in about 2 months ago.I love going to the beach meeting new people going out on the town every now and then. Im not after a party house however I like to have friends over sometimes and I get the occasional visitors from Melbourne. There is spare bedding for visitors and enough space for them in the living room.Who I am looking for: I am looking for a housemate who is easy going as I am. I want to live with a person who is generally happy and friendly and has time for a chat here and there. My current housemate is moving to the 1 bedroom apartment downstairs from me because she is a beauty therapist and wants to start seeing clients at home. We are still friends and she will still come and say hello from time to time. I am not too keen on living with couples and we cant have pets.
