Hi there! Im looking to rent out the spare room in my unit by the beach on 25th Avenue Palm Beach. As you can see in the photos it is freshly renovated and only a 30metre walk to the beach (less than 30secs!!)The room is a double size with ceiling fan and full length mirrored wardrobe.I am 28 years old work full time enjoy regular exercise and yoga dont smoke and live a Vegan lifestyle.
