I am a single mum living with my 2 year old son. Needing a reliable responsible flatmate. The house is fully furnished besides the available bedroom. You have your own bathroom and seperate toilet. It is a 2 story airconditioned modern townhouse with 2 living rooms and extra toilet downstairs. all bedrooms are upstairs. I am a very tidy person I keep the place very clean even with my son. My son sleeps from 7pm – 6am every night So nights are quiet. I am a responsible mother though i do enjoy a few drinks on the weekends. My son stays at his fathers every 2nd weekend So I like a bit of good socialising those weekends.
