The house is in a very convenient location for anyone working on the northern Gold Coast or needing access to the highway or trains. The train stattion and highway are both within a few kilometres and Southport/Surfers is a 15-20min drive down the highway and Smith st.There are 2 rooms to choose from and both are identical. The rooms will comfortably fit a queen bed and have double mirrored built in wardrobes. There is no bed provided in the room but the rest of the house is furnished.There is a bathroom with a shower and seperate bath that will be all yours. The house has a garage that can be used for storage or a car and the complex has a pool.As for me Im an easy going 26 year old guy with a professional job. I work in Brisbane and Im often out training so I am not home all that often.I am sociable tidy and easy to live with.Electricity bills will be shared.Photos to come.
