I have a brand new house with two spare rooms both with built in wardrobes. Multi purpose room inbetween these two rooms to use as a study/tv room etc. Very seperate from the rest of the house. Looking for tenants that are either studying or on a working visa prefer maximum 6 month stay. Close to a main bus line to Griffith Uni Southport Helensvale Train Station etc.
