Hi I am looking for a housemate to share in a new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished (except for your bedroom) duplex at Pacific Pines. The room is currently unfurnished has a built in wardrobe and easily fits a double bed. I am prepared to furnish the room if necessary. You will have your own bathroom lock up garage and use of the rest of the house. The house is in a quiet area and only about 5 mins to M1. There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher living and dining area is air-conditioned and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.I am after a clean tidy reliable person.Students ok.I am a very clean non smoker self employed male and you will only have to share with myself.Rent $150 per week + water electricity and gas2 weeks bondCouples considered but would need to negotiate a little extra Please email sms or call me with any questions.
