Hi I have a nice big 4 bedroom home in Oxenford and am looking for someone to move in! I have just put the house on the market so the room would suit anyone looking for short term stay anything from 2 to 6 months or however much longer it takes to sell the house. There is currently 3 of my friends Drew Chris and Brooke living here. They are all pretty easy going guys who are pretty quiet during the week and dont mind a drink or two on the weekends but usually not at home. You will be in the master bedroom it is fully furnished with a king size bed has an ensuite and comes with aircon and internet connection. Room can be unfurnished if that would suit better.Plenty of parking on the drive way or front lawn. Very safe area.Rent is $160 per week for single or $210 for a couple all bills are included electricity broadband internet in the room etc….I need 1 week rent in advance for bond.
