Not on a main road nice quiet street.Im a 39 year old professional who also works occasionally as a Naturopath from home. Looking for easy going house mates who like to keep things clean and tidy and arent into loud music or continuous drunken parties (though a good get together dinners and drinks etc. with friends is fine!).I am happy for a couple to share with ($240/wk) that way we can keep one of the rooms spare for your mates or mine when they come over. I have my own ensuite so the spare bathroom will be basically your own except for sharing with any occasional visitors.The rent includes power and internet access though if you use the home phone line any of your personal local and STD phone calls on the landline are not included.
