Hi I have a almost new property trendy with designer features in Oxenford just 5 minute drive from Movie World. Am looking for a honest and reliable flatmate. The property has hardwood floors and carpet in bedrooms. It is three bedroom but only wanting to rent out one. You would have your own luxury bathroom and separate toilet and your bedroom has a balcony off it with a beautiful view. The room is beautifully furnished with TV as well but should you wish it unfurnished I can store my furniture. I would occupy a bedroom up the other end of the house and have my own bathroom toilet. I do have a little dog called Maybe who is my baby. I take her to work most days with me. I work Monday – Friday. I would like to have a flatmate who is employed but most importantly pays there rent in full and on time. The rent is $180 per week plus electricity/exps. Inspection will impress.
