Two Chicks and two guys currently – living in a 4 bed 2 bath home with a huge patio and yard. One room available. The room is unfurnished – the rest of the house is furnished. Rent includes electricity and internet. There is a dog and cat here. Both well trained. We dont mind a drink after works/weekends. It isnt a party house but we do like to have a bbq and relax with mates every now and then.We all respect each others space and clean up after ourselves. They house is furnished quiet nicely and we like to keep the place clean. Just an extra note – The public transport around this area is not reliable.Give us a call/email if you interested and we can meet etc. Cheers
