I am a professional female looking for another professional (preferably female) to move in. Our two story townhouse is a short walk from the beach at Nobbys only 2 years old and fully furnished other than the room to rent. All rooms have ducted air conditioning. Our house is very clean and tidy with a courtyard at the back. Very close to bus-stop and to shops. Offstreet parking available. Non smokers only please. The room for rent is $160 per week and is to share the main bathroom with one other. There is also a powder room in the downstairs section of the house. My housemate and myself are both easy going friendly girls who work full time.
