Hi looking for a new roomie there is two of us here but my friend is living in the downstairs area so you would only b sharing upstairs with 1 other person. There is another spare bedroom upstairs but dont like the house getting too crowded. Perfect location walking distance to the beach and nobbys shops and cafes. We r both pretty busy during the week so lay pretty low but like to enjoy the weekends! We are both active enjoy keeping fit and heading to the beach for a swim or surf! Lokking for a like minded person to share with guy or girl! p.s MUST b clean
