Hi Im an easy going student looking to fill 2 rooms in the Chamonix complex in Nobby Beach.One is $135 a week slightly smaller than the other which is $140. The 2 rooms have a shared bathroom with a bath the slightly larger room having private access to the bathroom. Both rooms have built in wardrobes. The townhouse is 2 story (bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs) open plan and tiled with a dishwasher and washing machine in the laundry which has a 3rd toilet. There is a courtyard out the back with a small garden and parking for 2 cars (but there are visitors car spaces in the complex). The complex has an entertainment area bbq area gym pool spa and sauna. Im a laid-back person who loves to socialise but also enjoys and respects personal space. I enjoy a few wines on the weekend and spending time with friends and would love a housemate with similar qualities and whos good to have a laugh with! if this sounds like you please contact me to arrange an inspection time! *I will upload photos soon*
