Hey I have the entire upstairs floor of my house available for rent including backyard. Its in Nerang/Highland Park and close to the freeway being perfect for access to Broady (12mins) or Brisbane (45mins). Also 10mins from Griffith and 20 to Bond Uni. The area available has its own entrance. It can be either fully furnished or unfurnished. I own the house and stay in the spare room less than once a month (moving into my partners) but require my room for storage and want someone who can look after my place so you basically get your own apartment including bills and your own bathroom/kitchen etc! The main room (yours) is large with sliding mirror wardrobe and opens up onto your bathroom which has a bath and shower.Great space for a uni student or someone working full time who wants their own place but not the high rent. 4 weeks required as bond. Couples are but an extra $40 per week to cover electricity and water bills.Rent includes bills and highspeed wireless internet.Outside smoker only.
