Hi i am looking for a roommate to share my home with who is tidy easygoing and respectful. I am very easy to get along with happy respectful clean professional 37 y.o male working full time Monday to Friday. I have my 2 children aged 10 and 8 come stay with me every 2nd weekend and they sleep in the 3rd bedroom. They are great kids who are respectful of others. Room available is a large room unfurnished or can be furnished with new bed and linen built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. There is a shared bathroom which i keep nice and clean. Broadband internet available on desktop and i also have a router so if you have a laptop or desktop you can use that anywhere in the home as well. Situated in Nerang in a secured quiet complex which has a swimming pool and tennis court. Very convenient location close to M1 library cinema shops gym post office bus routes train station Griffith uni nearby. Parking is available. $110 a week includes electricity and internet usage.
