Hi my name is Michelle I have a room available in a 2 bedroom cottage style free standing property in Nerang (on Southport side) in small complex. The rent is 175 a week including utilities or 160 a week/split bills when they come (elec + gas for stovetop). I am the only other tenant. My room-mate moved to NSW a couple of weeks ago and am looking for another female to move in. I am a 24 yr old student at Griffith and I work part time. I am very tidy non smoker not big on parties mostly just quiet living/study.It is a small one general living area one bathroom place but very lovely high ceilings wooden floors fully renovated with new kitchen porch and loft. Very close to Southport (10 min drive to Griffith University) motorway and train station (5 min bus ride). I have a car so students can ride to uni with me or get dropped at the train station when convenient.
