It is time to rent my spare room out It is a nice medium size 2 bedroom unit 1 bathroom separate toilet living and dinning room combined large kitchen washing machine and well furnished. One carport which will be occupied by me but safe street parking.The bedroom for rent has a sofa bed (will need to supply own linen) if you prefer you can bring your own bed a desk lamp and a built in wardrobe.Utilities are about $40 a week but that is subject to change if bills go up or down. quite area close to public transport shops gym and public pool. 15-20min walk to Nerang train station I dont drink but there are quite a few pubs nearby. wireless internet about me I am a very busy person but am easy going and stress free most of the time but will be home some nights/days. I love music and am a singer/worship leader at my church and I am learning the guitar at the moment.My lease ends 17th July so the living situation will be until then. (min)
