Hey we are 2 easy going females 20 and 24 living in a lovely house just after signing the lease our other room mate wants to move so we need someone to take her room. The room that is available is the master room with a ensuite. The room also contains tv jack (great reception) sealing fan sliding door to back yard and built in wardrobes.Preferably looking for a student / full time worker. Must be clean and tidy and respect each others privacy and must be outgoing easy to get along with and have a good sense of humor. House is located in Nerang 5mins from the M1 and is inside a gated complex. Amenities include: resort style pool gym sauna steam room tennis court bbq area and function room.Rent is $150/ wk and electricity is split when the bill comes every 3months. Must be willing to put name on lease and pay $500 bond. Lease runs for 6months at a time.
