Griffith University is a 20 mins drive as is Robina. Mudgeeraba Ashmore Carrara are all only 10 mins away. The M1 is a quick 5 min drive and thus you can be in Brisbane or the Tweed in no time.The new Fenix Gym is only a quick 5 mins away.There is plenty of parking space and an average sized yard. The house has 9 ft ceilings a dishwasher Air-Con and 2 separate lounge rooms.The Kitchen is quite large and there is an abundance of cupboards and pantry space. Plenty of room in the huge linen cupboard as well.Wireless Internet is included for free and expenses such as electricity will be split accordingly.You must be reliable and able to pay rent on time.The house is quiet relaxed and easy going.
