Hi Nice sized double room to let in 4 bedroom airconditioned house. Large yard and entertainment area. Close to public transport and shops. You would be sharing with Me and my 4 year old daughter . Very friendly and easygoing like a drink and a laugh and the odd glass of wine in the evening.
