The room has a large built in robe and external balcony.There is a 2 way bathroom and 2 toilets one on each level.The person will be self sufficient in the kitchen.Cleaning of the unit will be shared by both parties.Your weekly rent of $140 is payable two weeks in advance.Expenses for food will be at your own cost power telephone any other expenses will be on a shared basis. Broadband internet access if required is available on a shared basis present data download will need to be discussed to suit our requirements.You will have off street parking for one car the complex has a swimming pool tennis court and a BBQ area is available for the residents use.No pets are allowed in the complexWe have a well managed complex with responsible residents who are friendly and accommodating.The unit is centrally located in a secure complex next to the Nerang railway station. Shops are within walking distance.
