Not party animals – enjoy quiet drinks/bbqs
Both mid 20s
Clean/Tidy
Enjoy beach/surfing
Cruisy/Friendly
Both very easy to get along with

What we are looking for:
Individual or Couple

No party animals
Professional/Tradesman
Clean

We are just looking for a person/couple to share the house with that are clean and respectful and friendly.

Please note. you will have your own room, lounge room + bathroom.
The only shared parts are the laundry & kitchen.

COSTS:

Individual: $170 p/w
Couple: $240 p/w
Plus elec + water, which we will just split between all of us (Is always really cheap)
