This room will be available around 15 April 2014. This date is flexible. The rent includes electricity. There is an air-conditioning system in this room and a double garage so you will have your own car space. The place is walking distance to Robina Town Centre and if necessary there is a bus stop out the front. I have wi-fi available but this is not included in the price, that can be negotiated if needed
I have my 5 year old daughter so this person must be kid friendly. I am a very clean and tidy person who enjoys a quiet lifestyle as I am a law student and work part-time.
