This a two storey town house with the three bedrooms upstairs and living areas down stairs. The unit is in a quiet gated complex which has a pool and BBQ area although is very close to the motorway so does get some traffic noise there is a bus stop at the bottom of the drive way.I have two rooms available. One would be suited to a couple. It is furnished with Queen size bed and has air con built in robe and en-suite.The second room has a double bed desk air-con and built ins so would suit a student and as I am rarely home you will pretty much have the bathroom to yourself.I am looking for people with all the usual attritubes that makes the ideal flatmate. honesty respect for people and property and who is not afraid of getting involved with the cleaning. As for me I do a lot of house and pet minding and over the summer will only be home maybe once a month or so the weekends. So if this sounds like something you are looking for ring me. please note that I do not have the internet on but if this was needed then we would need to come to some sort of arrangement along with the utility costs.
