Hi! We are looking for a female non-smoker to rent one bedrom in a 3 bdrm/2.5 bath townhouse in Mudgeeraba (close to Robina hospital Mudgeeraba Town Centre and a bus stop close by if needed.) We are both medical students who also work so arent home much at all. We are clean relaxed and looking for a roommate (without pets dramatic boyfriends or bedbugs preferably ) to rent our 3rd bedroom. Rent is $170/wk which includes Austar and wireless internet and utilities. Complex has a great pool quiet area car wash bay and security fence. The bedroom is currently furnished with a futon and desk but can easily be moved out if you have your own furniture. The bathroom would be shared with Katy who lives here only 4 nights each week because she works in Brisbane on weekends.
