It also has its own 32inc flat screen and its own access to a small balcony We are looking for the usual cleaning up after yourself and no smokingWe have a pool in the complex which is great during summer!!Close to Robina Town Centre (8min drive) and Mudgeeraba Shops (5min drive)Currently there are three of us living in the house however we are not all usually home at the same time:Benny my partner works nightsDale our roommate works office hours and goes home to the Sunny Coast on the weekendsAnd I work office hours then enjoy late workouts at the gym!!The spare room shares a bathroom with Dale who has been the cleanest and most tidy roommate we have ever lived with!We hope to hear from you soon!
