The townhouse is in a quiet small complex and is close to town approximately 5 minute walk to Mudgeeraba and a 5 minute drive to Robina town centre. The place i have recently renovated with wood floors down stairs and new carpet upstairs. All bedrooms and living areas have cieling fans and the house is fully insulated.I work fulltime and am a fairly quiet person. However i do like a laugh and a social drink. I am seeking an honest person who is seeking stable accomodation. Students are welcome as the house has full cable wireless if internet is required.The room itself is furnished with a king single and plenty of cupboard space. It also has a large set of drawers for clothes storage.
