Hi everyone Im looking for a clean and easy-going housmate. The Room can either be furnished or unfurnished if you have your own. Electricity is included in the rent but internet is not. 5 mins driving to Robina Town Centre and 15 mins to Bond University. Easy access to the Pacific Hwy.There is a bus stop just outside the complex. You will be sharing the 2 story townhouse with myself. There are 2 bathrooms in the house so we can have one each. Its my own place so no lease is required all i ask is 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks notice if/when you decide to bail. Oh forgot to mention Im looking for someone who is very quiet as this is not a party house.
