With my current housemate moving back home in early October a room will be available October 9 in a modern townhouse in Franklin Drive Mudgeeraba…3 minutes drive to Robina Town Centre and the freeway….easy access to everything.Im a single guy (28) prefer a housemate whos clean and tidy pays rent on time and ideally someone aged in their 20s also. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms – 1 is mine 1 yours and another one which is already designated as a study which you are more than welcome to use and even stash some of your extras in. Youll have your own bathroom and toilet downstairs is already furnished with a TV large angle couch dining table fridge and washing machine. Its been a pretty social house so far so youre welcome to have friends over drinks bbqs – enjoy yourself!The complex also has a large pool that backs onto a reserve thats a pretty awesome place to chill during summer with a few beers.
