Thanks for checking out our ad. I live with a friend in a large house in Mudgeeraba Im 27 (Aussie) and Gabi is 32 and is Brazilian. We also live with Scooby the dog hes friendly but a little dopey.We live quite close to Robina Town Centre I only have my mountain bike for transport at the moment but it only takes about 10 minutes to get there and we both go to Fenix Fitness which is the same distance away.Included in the rent is Wi-Fi cleaning products as well and laundry products. I work part-time at the moment which will change back to full-time in the future and Gabi has her own business including helping foreign students getting settled on the Gold Coast from places like Brazil and Spain.The house is in a quiet area with parking either right out the front on the grass or in the driveway. We would like someone who is mature but fun to be around. We are both well travelled I have spent a lot of time in India Nepal most South-East Asian countries and a bit of Australia. Gabi speaks Portuguese and Spanish and has travelled all through Brazil some of Europe as well as North America. Scooby understands English and Portuguese…The University is quite close by especially if you have your own transport but if you have a bike like me its really not that far I get by everyday by riding to the shops and gym and to and from work which is in Bonogin.Feel free to get in touch and ask any questions and arrange a time to come around.
