We are looking for a person to rent a fully furnished room in our modern sharehouse, The bedroom is lockable with a good sized desk, office chair, bedside table, ceiling fan, and internet. Included in this price is professional cleaning of the shared areas twice monthly. The rest of the house is also fully furnished with multiple living and BBQ areas. We all get on well. The room is ready to move into now. We don’t mind shorter stays (such as four months) but would prefer longer stays and will reduce the rent to $165 per week for a 12 month contract. This is to maintain high quality living and privacy in the house. Because iit is close to the university (about one km away) it is very suitable for a student but will also suit a professional person or someone working at the new Gold Coast Hospital.
