Am looking to fill 2 bedrooms in this recently renovated 3 bedroom house in Molendinar (close to Griffith Uni).Both bedrooms are good size and have built in wardrobes. I have all furniture for the house apart from the bedrooms (so you will have to bring your own bed etc.)House as a sunny back courtyard area with a nice large Pool.I am a 27 y/o male who is a web developer. Moved to the Gold Coast 2 years ago form New Zealand. I have a chilled out 10 month old puppy who gets along with anyone. I am clean but not pedantic about things. Am pretty relaxed and respectful of other peoples things. Ideally it would be good to find someone who also has a friend who wants to move in at same time so I can fill rooms asap. Also looking for people around 20 – 30 years old so we can at least have a few things in common.Rent will be $150 for each room.I am a pretty good judgement of character so dodgy people need not apply.Not sure what else to say really let me know if you have any questions.Pictures are of house when I moved in thats why no furniture is visible.
