We have a big house with dual living upstairs is where my family lives and downstairs has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms full kitchen and lounge room. There is a laundry that has a washing machine only which is shared with us.There is 1 bedroom available sharing with a single 18yo male and 22 year old couple.Rent is $150/week for a single or $190/week for a couple.All rooms are fully furnished but linen is not supplied.Queen size bed.There is plenty of on street parking.We have a huge in ground pool.Price includes electricity internet yard and pool maintenance.We would prefer people looking for a longer stay time but anything over 3 months will be considered.No pets as we have a mastiff who is not particularly fond of other animals.
