Hello there people! 2 20year olds are looking 2 or 3 other housemates to share a 4 bedroom house in Crestwood. The house is walking distance to Griffith University and Unbelievably close to Shops and public transport. We have a friendly dog that lives outside. The house also have a spa outside. The house is Furnished but the rooms are not. If you do not have any furniture of your own for your room we can have it furnished by request – this will be conveniant for students / internationals or anyone who doesnt have a bed desk etc.1 standard bedroom is avaliable for $150 per week. 1 Large Master bedroom is also avaliable which has a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite which will be $200 per week as it has these added perks. The garage is also fully carpeted and even though it is not necissary for us to have someone live in there- it has before been used as a bedroom and can be again if someone is interested; at $100 per week. We are looking for 2 or 3 honest respectful easy going and generally cool / down to earth housemates to share with 2 girls who both work full-time. We are both very easy going love to have a drink and a laugh and very easy to get along with and we cant wait to find the right people to live with us!
