We are looking for 2 girls interested in renting out a house with us in the Crestwood area of Molendinar close to Griffith University. We are 23 and 21 female and both study at Griffith uni however one of us also works full-time. We are currently in an apartment but will be breaking the lease mid July with the aim to move into a house in Molendinar mid to late July. Although there are no houses currently available for our timeframe the majority of houses in this area are 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with a study and off street parking for two cars (only one of us have a car). We expect that the houses will start becoming available from early July and this is when we shall start applying.Your bedroom will not be furnished however we do have loungeroom and dining furniture and kitchen utensils.
